Turkey Burgers Recipe

2 lbs. lean ground turkey
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1/2 cup fine bread crumbs
1 egg
1 tsp minced garlic
1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
2 tsp Club House Montreal Chicken Seasoning
BBQ sauce

Mix all ingredients together, except cheese and form into 12 patties. Divide the cheese over 6 of the patties and top each with another pattie, sealing the edges. Place on a medium hot grill and grill until done. When the patties are close to being cooked, brush with BBQ sauce.

 

 

Easy Turkey Burgers

  1 lb. ground turkey
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
1 egg
1/4 cup Cajun seasoning

Combine all ingredients into a medium bowl and mix well. Shape into 4 patties. Fry or grill until done and no longer pink.
