Gluten Free Bread Recipes

1.5 cup rice flour
1 1/3 cup bean flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 teaspoon xanthum gum
2 teaspoon cinnamon
2 ex-large eggs
1/2 teaspoon salt
1.5 cups sugar
1 cup oil
2 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup chopped walnuts
1.5 cups of  fresh blueberries (optional)
 

Combine dry ingredients together.  Add eggs and oil.  Add blueberries vanilla and nuts.  Makes 2 loaves.  Bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour and 45 minutes.  Times may vary from oven to oven.
