1 graham wafer pie shell

cup sugar
1/4 cup cornstarch
1 1/8 cup coconut
2 dashes of salt
2 cups milk
2 ex-large egg yolks
1 tsp. vanilla
1/8 cup butter
Cook sugar, cornstarch and salt on stovetop. As mixture
thickens add egg yolks. Once mixture is thick enough
remove from heat and add butter and vanilla. Once mixed
will add in coconut and put pie mixture into graham wafer pie
shell. Refrigerator and add whip cream as a topping before
serving.
