Pickle Eggs Recipe
1/4 to 1/3 cup water
1 1/2 cups white vinegar
3 tsp salt
1 tsp peppercorns
1 onion, sliced
1 tsp. chili pepper
1 tsp. sugar
1 garlic clove
9 - 10 hard-boiled eggs
Directions:
Boil: water, vinegar, salt, peppercorns,
chili pepper, sugar and garlic clove together. Add onions on top
of mixture. Remove from stove, add eggs. Cover and refrigerate.
Pickled eggs are ready in 12 hours.
