Crock Pot Pork Chops

  6 thick boneless pork chops
1/4 cup ketchup
1/2 tsp garlic, minced
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 tsp ginger, minced
1/2 soy sauce

Place pork chops in crock pot. Mix remaining ingredients in a large measuring cup and pour over the pork chops. Make sure sauce is on each pork chop and cook on low for 6 hours.
 

 

 

Pork Chops with Mushrooms

  8 pork chops
1 cup bread crumbs
4 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
1 tsp Italian herb seasoning
salt and pepper
3/4 cup milk
olive oil
4 cups sliced mushrooms
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 red pepper
3/4 cup chicken stock
1 tsp cornstarch
1 tsp basil

 
  Saute mushrooms, garlic, salt and pepper until liquid evaporates, approx 7 minutes. Add pepper and chicken stock; bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until liquid is reduced. Add cornstarch to thicken. Stir in basil. Mix bread crumbs, parmesan, and salt and pepper together. Dip pork chops into milk, then crumb mixture. Fry pork chops in a pan with olive oil. Serve with mushroom mixture.

 

 

Pork Chops with Caraway Cabbage

  4 pork chops
2 tbsp canola oil
1/2 tsp pepper
1 1/2 cups chopped onion
3 tbsp butter
6 cups cabbage, shredded
2 garlic cloves, minced
3 tbsp. red wine vinegar
1 tsp. caraway seed
1/2 tsp. salt

Brown pork chops and drain. Sprinkle with pepper and set aside. Saute onion in butter until tender. Add cabbage, garlic, vinegar, caraway seed and salt. Cook until cabbage starts to wilt. Place pork chops on top and cover. Simmer for 15 min.
