Cheesy Hashbrown Casserole

Simple and delicious cheesy hashbrown casserole that will please everyone!

Cheesy Hashbrown Casserole
 
 2 lbs. hash browns
 1 can cream of mushroom soup
 2 cups sour cream
 � cup onion, chopped
 � cup butter or margarine, melted
 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
 1 cup crushed Ritz crackers or Sociable crackers
 
Place hashbrowns into a large bowl. Add soup, sour cream, onion, butter and cheese and mix well. Spread evenly into a 13 X 9 inch casserole dish. Sprinkle crushed crackers over top. Bake 375�F for 1 hour or until brown.
