Broccoli Casserole Recipe

3 cups cooked broccoli
1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup milk
1/3 cup onion, chopped
1 cup processed cheese or shredded cheese
3 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. salt
1/2 cup bread crumbs, buttered
1 Tbsp flour

Directions:

Melt butter in a saucepan, add flour and milk and cook until slightly thickened. Add broccoli and onion. In a bowl, mix the cheese, eggs and salt together. Add to broccoli mixture and put in a greased casserole dish. Top the casserole with buttered bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
