4 cups chopped rhubarb
1 unbaked pie crust
1 1/3 cups white sugar
1/4 cup of enriched flour
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp cinnamon
2 ex-large eggs
Mix together sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg and flour together.
Add eggs to this mixture and cream together. Add chopped
rhubarb and stir. Put the mixture into an unbaked pie
shell and bake for about 55 minutes at 400 degrees.
