Description

Spinach Salad:

1 10 oz package spinach – washed, trimmed and torn.
6 slices bacon fried crisp, crumbled.
small red onion sliced thin
2 tbsp lemon juice
1/3 cup salad oil
1/4 tsp pepper
1 garlic clove crushed
1/4 tsp dry mustard
dash tabasco
one egg yolk
1 1/2 cups mushrooms

Mix lemon juice, oil, salt, pepper, garlic, mustard, tabasco, and egg yolk together.  Pour over top spinach, onions and baon.  Add 1 1/2 cups of fresh sliced mushrooms.
