Description

Spinach Salad:

Cut spinach into bite sized pieces.
1 red onion sliced thin
10 fresh mushrooms sliced
fried bacon chips 1/2 pound

Mix ingredients together in a large salad bowl.

Dressing:
3/4 cup miracle whip
2 tbsp brown sugar
3-4 tbsp white vinegar

Mix dressing together and pour over spinach when ready to serve.
