1/2 cup chopped nuts<br />
1 tsp baking soda</p>
<p>Blend together in a mixing bowl sugar, oil and eggs.  In another bowl mix together flour, salt, baking soda, and cinnamon.  Carefully add the dry mixture together with the sugar, oil and eggs.  Add chopped nuts and peaches.  Pour into a greased and floured cake pan &#8211; 13 x 9 inches.  Baked for 50 minutes at 350 to 375 degrees F.</p>
