Spaghetti Bake
Description
Spaghetti Bake:
1 1/2 pounds of ground beef
1 cup chopped onion
1 clove garlic
28 oz can tomatoes
15 oz. can tomato paste
4 oz sliced mushrooms
2 tsp sugar
1 1/2 tsp oregano
8 oz spaghetti cooked
2 oz mozzarella cheese
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp salt
1 tsp basil
Cook beef, onion, garlic until brown. Drain. Stir in tomato paste, mushrooms, sugar, oregano, salt and basil. Bring to a boil. Boil uncovered gently for 20 minutes stirring occasionally. Remove from heat. Stir in spaghetti. Put half in a 9 X 13 pan or small casserole dish. sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese. Top with rest of mixture. Sprinkle with Parmesan. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
