1/2 cup of dill pickles minced
1/2 cup of mayonnaise
1/3 cup minced tomato (peel it first)
2 1/2 tbsps vinegar
1 tsp of dried dill weed
1 tbsp of lemon juice
1/2 tsp white sugar
1/4 tsp salt
pepper

Mix all these ingredients together with a whisk. Cover and let sit in the fridge. The flavor develops as it sits overnight. It is tasty immediately, but the flavor improves immensely the longer it sits. The tomato adds texture and flavor. The tomato is not noticed until it sits overnight and the flavors have a chance to mingle. This dip can be used for veggies, wings, fries and sandwiches. This dip is full of flavor and is one of my favorite dips to keep on hand.
