Swiss Steak

Description

Swiss Steak:
Crockpot Swiss Steak:

 1 1/2 pounds of round steak
3 tbsps of flour
1 pound of baby carrots
1 package of dry onion soup mix
1 celery stalk chopped
14  1/2 oz can of diced tomatoes
1 small onion diced

Cut steak into serving size pieces and cover in flour.  Put vegetables on the bottom of the crockpot and place meat on top.  Mix together soup mix and diced tomatoes.  Pour over meat and vegetables.  Cover and cook for 8 to 10 hours on low.
