Description

Easy Crockpot Roast:

3 pound roast
3 large  potatoes
1 medium onion
3 carrots diced
1 celery stalk diced
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 bouillon cube
1/2 cup of boiling water

Put all the vegetables and meat together in the crockpot.  Mix hot water, pepper, salt and bouillion cube together and pour over roast and vegetables.  Cover and cook on low for 10 to 12 hours.  Easy to make.  Substitute vegetables to your liking.
