Description

Shortbread Cookie Recipe:
Easy to make.

1 cup of margarine
¼ cup of cornstarch
½ cup icing sugar
1½ cups of sifted flour
 
 
Cream margarine and add dry ingredients bit by bit.  Drop teaspoon sized measurement onto a pan and bake at 325 F.  Bake for about 10 minutes.
