Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies:

Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies are a great addition to an otherwise ordinary cookie.  Easy to make and delicious to eat.
 
 1 ¼ cups sugar
 1 cup butter
 2 eggs
 2 ½ (1 oz.) squares unsweetened melted baking chocolate
 2 teaspoons vanilla
 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
 2 teaspoons baking powder
 ½ teaspoon salt
 3 cups quick oats
 1 cup chocolate chips
 
 
 Pre-Heat oven to 350 degrees.
 
 
 Blend sugar and butter together in a bowl.  Add the eggs into the mixture and blend together until smooth and creamy.  Add Chocolate and vanilla and continue mixing and blending the ingredients together.  Make sure the mixture is smooth and creamy. 
 
 In a different bowl mix flour, baking powder an salt together.  Blend this mixture together with the other ingredients.  Once the mixture is well mixed add the oats and chocolate chips.
 
 Put tablespoons of the cookie dough onto the cookie sheet and bake for about 13 minutes.:
