Ginger Cookies
Description
Ginger Cookies:
2 cups all purpose flour
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp soda
1 tsp ginger
1/2 cup margarine
1 cup sugar
1 egg
1/4 cup of dark molasses
1 tbsp vinegar
Cream margarine and sugar together. Add egg, beat well, stir in molasses and vinegar. Add dry ingredients in gradually, mixing well. Using teaspoonfuls, shape into balls. Dip into granulated sugar. Place on baking sheet, sugar side up and bake at 375 degrees F until delicatedly brown, approximately 12 minutes.
