Description

 Cheese Meatloaf:

 400 g ground beef
 75 ml shredded cheddar cheese
 30 ml chopped onions
 125 ml soft bread crumbs
 5 ml salt
 .5 ml thyme
 .5 ml garlic salt
 1 egg
 
 Mix together all ingredients.  Place in a greased loaf pan and bake at 180 C for 1 to 1.5 hours
