Beef Parmigiana

Description

Beef Parmigiana:

1 pound round steak
5 tbsps Parmesan cheese
4 tbsp oil
1 egg beaten
2 tbsp bread crumbs

1 medium onion chopped
pepper
1 tsp salt
6 oz ketchup
1/2 cup sugar
2 cups hot water

Cut meat into pieces.  Pound to 1/4 inch thickness.  Dip into egg.  roll in Parmesan cheese and bread crumbs.  Brown meat in oil until golden.  Lay in shallow baking dish.

Cook onion in same skillet.  Stir in other ingredients.  Boil 5 minutes.  Pour over meat.  cover and bake one hour at 350 degrees.
