1 unbaked pie shell and topping
cups of fresh cherries
1/4 cup flour
1 1/2 tbsp sugar
2 1/2 teaspoons butter or margarine
1/4 tsp. almond extract
Mix together flour, sugar and cinnamon. Add cherries to
the mixture and stir till fully coated. Pour mixture into
the pie shell. Spread butter onto of mixture. Add
the top crust. Bake at 350 degrees F for about 50 minutes.
Times may vary with different ovens.
