Hashbrown Casserole

A hashbrown casserole that is tasty and easy to make!

Hash Brown Casserole

2 lbs. frozen hash browns
8 oz. sour cream
1 can creamed soup (try cream of potato, cream of mushroom, cream of chicken or cream of celery)
1 small onion, chopped
cup butter or margarine, melted
2 cups shredded cheese
Salt and pepper

Combine all ingredients and put in a 2 quart casserole dish. Top with the melted butter. Bake at 350F for 45 – 50 minutes.
