10 cups dry bread cubes
1½ cups
chopped celery
1½ cups chopped
onion
2 tsp. poultry seasoning
1½ tbsp. parsley flakes
1 tsp. salt
¼ tsp. pepper
⅓ cup butter
1 tbsp. chicken bouillon
1½ cups hot water
Directions:
Stir hot water, chicken bouillon and butter together in a bowl. Place
bread cubes, celery, onions, and seasonings in a separate large mixing bowl. Pour
melted butter mixture over bread mixture and toss gently. Place into
crockpot; cover; cook on low for 5 - 6 hours. For moister stuffing, add
more hot water. |
